Bell Suites is located in Sunsuria City and being enclave by Bandar Serenia. Xiamen University Malaysia is directly across the street from Bell Suites. Kota Warisan is just a stone's throw away where KIP Mall provides all daily needs including Secret Recipe, Kenny Rogers, Chicken Rice Shop, Boat Noodles, KFC, King's Bakery and Econsave to name a few.
The beloved atmosphere location is modern. while the Xiamen University is located just opposite the suites building and theKIP mall us about 1 km distance m the area is surrounded by the authentic Malaysian where you can notice where East meets West The suite is located 2 minutes walking to Xiamen University 1 KM to KIP Mall Kota Warisan 5.9 KM to INTI International University 6.1 KM Mitsui Outlet Park 7.1 KM Melati Hill Trailhead Walking distance to the train station
