Our unit overlooks a children's playground and is located on a corner lot with ample parking nearby. Just 100 meters behind us is the renowned Sri Suria AP Restaurant, famous for its Nasi Beriani and roti canai, and featuring a cozy air-conditioned dining area. We also have a 7-11 and a police station 100 meters away, ensuring a very safe neighborhood. Additionally, every Saturday there is a "pasar Malam" only 200 meters from our unit.
