Entire 3 rooms suite with 956sqft turned into a perfect stay for you! It's the perfect place for a getaway, staycation, work or even stop over before departing to KLIA. Comes with air-conditioning in all rooms & living room, open wardrobe, water heater, shower screen, kitchen cabinet, washing machine & fridge . Perfect for a group of 6-8 pax.
Southville Stay is located strategically in the fast developing busy township of Southville City which has a direct interchange via Southville City Toll plaza. It is located along the North-South Expressway (PLUS) and it is only a 5 mins drive to Bangi Toll (North Bound), a 10 mins drive to Nilai Toll (South Bound) and a 15 mins drive to Sungai Besi Toll. Nearby to KLIA, North-South highway direct interchange, shops / eatery and many more. 8Km from UKM, 6Km to UniKL MFI & KPTM, 17.5 Km to UPM, 14Km to IUKL & Uniten. 16Km to IOI City Mall which is the largest shopping mall in Malaysia. Only 23Km to Mitsui Outlet Park Klia. Guests who stay here will have free access to infinity pool, jacuzzi, aqua gym, wading pool, pool terrace, poolside shower, gym, garden & reflexology path, children's playground, changing room and surau. Other things to note Basic cooking utensils are provided in my house for light cooking purpose.
