"Miro Resthouse by the Pool" -A ground level, pool-front corner unit apartment. -Comfortably houses 9 persons. -60" Smart TV in living room + 40" TV with Android Box at 3 bedrooms. -Premium Master Bedroom with Super King size bed, aircon, TV, chiller, dedicated workspace and en-suite bathroom. -A simple single sofabed room suitable for maids/helpers. -Easy side door access without going through main lobby/elevator, wheelchair and senior friendly. -Nearby parking visible from unit. -Outdoor shower & putting mat!
I’m an entrepreneur dealing with acoustics, music and tourism.
This area comes with countless shops and businesses. Right across the entrance (just walk!) is a 24-hours Mamak restaurant. About 150m away (just walk!) is a hawker stall selling local cuisines for breakfast; roti canai, nasi lemak, kuih and others. They sell lunch too. About 400-500m away (just walk!) you can find: 1. More food stalls! 2. 7-eleven 3. ATM (in 7-eleven) 4. Coin laundry 5. Mr DIY 6. CS Grocer supermarket 7. Middle eastern restaurant 8. 99 Speedmart ..and many many others. Owh there is a McDonalds with Drive-Thru less than 1km near! But if you are traveling by car...the list of nearby convenience and entertainment will be crazy: 1. Lekas Highway/Expressway is less than 1km away 2. PLUS Highway/Expressway (3.5km) 3. Universities (5-7km) : UPM, UKM, Uniten, KLIUC 4. ABIM, Tanarata International Schools (2-7km) 5. Serdang Hospital (7km) 6. IOI City Mall (8km) 7. Putrajaya (8km) 8. MAEPS Mardi (10km) ...and countless others...
