Just an introduction of myself, I was in accounting field who has since left the field to pursue my passion in property investment and management. Realizing that greater value could be generated from managing my own properties, I started by renting out my friends and family's properties for a start... Sky Riverfront Service Apartment, sits right beside Kelantan river at Jalan Sultanah Zainab in the middle of Kota Bharu town. It has 2 blocks of service apartment and 1 block of hotel, which is expected to be completed in early 2019. It is 19th storey service apartment, with condominium facility consisting fitness centre, swimming pool for adult and children, children’s playground, steam room and sauna. At roof top, there is a roof top garden with amazing view of Kelantan's river and Kota Bharu skyline view. This unit has the superb awesome view of murky Kelantan river and the famous Sultan Yahya Petra bridge that linked Kota Bharu to Pasir Mas, Tanah Merah and Tumpat. At night, they are brilliant with the blaze of neon lights and traffic’s light.

It is only 1 to 2km away from Kelantan Art Gallery, Kelantan State Museum, Bazar Tok Guru, Siti Khadijah Central Market, Bazar Buluh Kubu , street art and mural at Jalan Dato Pati, Don’t forget to visit Kelantan’s historical tourist attractions at Independence Square or known as Padang Merdeka, historical spots to visit are Kelantan Museum, Istana Batu Diraja Museum, Istana Jahar, Masjid Muhammadi, Tambatan Di Raja, Padang Merdeka, Bank Kerapu and Kota Sultan Ismail. , the landmark of Kota Bharu Islamic State at Gerbang Kota Sultan Ismail Petra, is located around the area. From Sky Riverfront, you may want to go to the beach which is only 12km away to PCB beach and 17km away to Pantai Senok, the famous beach which has rows of pine trees and look alike with Korea’s Nami’ Island. If you are a nature lover, you may want to visit Stong Waterfall or also known as Jelawang waterfall or to Mount Stong State Park. Both of this place is about 2 hours drive from Kota Bharu. The famous reclining Buddha’s temple or sleeping Buddha at Wat Phothivihan is 15km away, and within 5km there are other temples like sitting Buddha and standing Buddha located
