Cost of the damages will be automatically deducted from the security deposit. - If any damages in the unit, broken items, missing items, lost cards, smoking in the unit and super dirty in the unit, we will have charges for it as below: - Failure to arrange furniture back to its original position. - RM100 - Dirty mark or stains - RM100 - Lost or Missing Access Card/Lift Card/Car Park Card - RM150/pc - Broken or Missing Glasses/Plates/Bowls/Cutlery/Plastic Chairs - RM30/pc - Damages or Missing Towels/Blankets/Pillow Cases/Cushions - RM50/pc - Broken or Missing Hangers/Remote Controls – RM50/pc - Damages of Bedsheet Set/Stains on Bedsheet Set - RM300/pc - Smoking inside the unit – RM200. - Stains on carpet - RM300 - Super Dirty inside the unit with stains on the floor or wall, we will charge additional cleaning fee of RM200. - Any wall damaged or scraped paint.
