Ideal house for a big family or gathering or holiday in Putrajaya / KL area. This house has lots of space with 5 rooms, 4 with ensuite bathrooms and 1 with bathroom outside the room. Large playground right in front of the house and plenty of open space surrounding it. Very green and peaceful. Lots of birds flying around. Good zen. Just 5 minutes away from IOI City Mall and Alamanda Putrajaya. Order in by Grab/Food Panda, or Cook, which ever suits you and your group. Please take note that consumption of alcohol or pork on the premise is not allowed.
Hi, I am Fara, and I have lived a big part of my life overseas. I love to travel, bake, make latte art, and feed my family. We are a family of seven so there is never a dull moment in this mum's life. In my professional life, I am an academia and at the same time, I help with the family business. I enjoy cafe hopping, when I'm not making my own cuppa. Besides that, I also love to go for walks, gym, and getting a good bowl of salad. The property is located in a serene area, ideal for quiet getaway with family and friends. The neighbourhood in Presint 12 is a peaceful neighbourhood, hence we appreciate if you could keep the noise level at a minimum, especially outside the house. Parking on the roadside is not permissible and can be compounded by the police. So please park at the designated parking spot. There are a lot of attractive nature places you can go to like the wetlands, taman botanikal, and floria.
