This fully furnished bungalow is secluded from the city hustle bustle. Suitable for a family of 9-10, a group of adults, business travellers or a couple who wish to be away from it all. We accept monthly tenant as well at a discounted rate. Homestay D13A is special for event use with rate RM550 only for the event day. For staying purpose, the price same as other homestays with rate RM350 only per night. This homestay suitable for any events like wedding party, engagement party or family gathering. We also provide Airport (KKIA) pick-up and drop off services with additional charges. Any date changes kindly contact us 7 days before check-in date.
This single storey bungalow is located at a low density area and relaxing environment, below are the estimated driving time : - 2mins to Hutan Lipur Kawang - 15mins to Local fruits farm (near to SJK(C) Tung Shan Papar) - 15mins to Putatan Town - 15mins to Papar Township - 20mins to KK International Airport - 20mins to Penampang Town - 30mins to KK Town We are very closed with Hutan Lipur Kawang. If you are looking for a recreation area to release stress or planning for a family holiday, Hutan Lipur Kawang might just be the place for you (ENTRANCE FEE APPLICABLE). You can go there for jungle trekking, sightseeing and hiking to the waterfall can be fun if you are looking forward to exploring the woods. It also have swimming pool for your recreation as well. You may also visit and explore the weekend market (Tamu), our local culture at Putatan and Papar township.
