Each room is equipped with air conditioning, fans, and windows to ensure comfort. It offers a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as a living room, dining room, kitchen, washing machine, water heater, WiFi, and both hot and cold water dispensers. Additionally, two water pumps ensure high water pressure, and parking space is available for two vehicles.
