The only apartment located at the highest peak and fresh environment in Ayer Keroh. Comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Accessible to swimming pool, sauna, gym, library, playground and BBQ area. Provided with 1 special car parking and unlimited parking for extra car. Within cozy, quiet and peaceful community. 5 minutes drive to shopping mall, 8 minutes to Zoo Melaka, Taman Buaya, Taman Mini Malaysia, Taman Rama-rama, Melaka Wonderland Theme Park and 10 minutes to Pantai Medical Hospital.
A father of 2. Love travelling, Oil & Gas professional (Perfect and safety is a must!), a safety practitioner registered with DOSH Malaysia, also NLP practitioner for life and to be a better person, Enjoy music very much. An investor in stock market and forex. Very choosy with accommodation when travelling thus you can expect perfection. Our Caretaker is available up to midnight everyday to assist you during your stay.
