Property information

This house is a modern concept. Fully furnish furniture provided, clean and more comfortable for stay. Maximum 14 adults. Provided gazzebo, internet-wifi, cuccoo water dispenser, washing machine, astro Njoy, netflix, extra bed and pillow and others basic fasilities. Please be remind for foreign transfer refund security deposit, you will received the amount credited lesser than amount transferred because deduction of agent bank charges for foreign transfer transaction. There will be charges imposed by the agent/third party bank for processing of the transaction and the charges are determined by the agent/third party bank. For foreigner who are not agree with this term, we are not recommend you to book the unit. ID is compulsory require during checking in . This is primarily for verification purposes and to ensure that the person checking in matches the reservation. It is also for record documentation of the unit properties.
