I am house owner (FH Comfy Home) also care taker for many owner units at Silverpark Resort. We promised CLEAN & SANITISED apartment both own unit and also owner unit. Cleaner may overlooked some minor thing but definately not the cleaning & sanitising, we changes all Linen Every check out. Comfy Home is a trade mark of Clean & sanitised apartment at Silverpark Resort, 75% alkohol home sanitiser is so costly but we dont mind absorb all this additional cost, customer safety is our Top priority!!

You will be comfortable in this spacious 2 Room apartment. Silverpark Resort, all Block start with "B" are Direct Facing Green, 1st & 2nd Floor are Below Ground Level, this unit is 5th Floor, walk up 2 floor up, fantastic Mountain view. This is One of the BEST Mountain view unit. B5 Block signel is rather weak except high floor, so this unit is above average. Maxis Wifi Router available This is 2 room apartment, EACH Room attached bathroom. (Masteroom 2 Queen bed, 2nd room 1 Queen bed) Kitchen with cooking Utensils, including Microwaze, Gas stove & kettle. It is smart TV.
