Welcome to Silverscape Residence @ Melaka Raya. It is a luxury suites located in the Heart of Malacca with easy access to all the tourist attractions. Conveniently situated 1.9 km away from St John& Fort , 2.1 km away from Porta De Santiago, 2.4 km away from Melaka Straits Mosque and 2.5 km far from Menara Taming Sari. These luxury seaview condominium suites are feature with air-conditioning and unlimited high speed WIFI. Most importantly with the spacious balcony offering the incredible stunning seaview which makes you extremely relax and breezy for whole day. Every unit is equipped with a set of bed sofa, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a refrigerator a dining area, a well-fitted kitchen and a private bathroom with bathtub. Building facilities are located at floor 13th. Infinity swimming pool is open for all guests as well. Kindly take note according to the building management SOP, sauna and gymnasium facilities are open to resident and long term tenant ONLY.
