This beautiful remodel house is located at kinta river front, medan istana. Sushi restaurant,7eleven.bike rental & mamak stall are 5min walking distance, very convenient area.
This is a shared common area property, you will be sharing water kettle,refrigerator, hair dryer at our small living room, but never worry about the privacy, you will definitely have your own private room and bathroom with water heater. Outside the house can park up to 4 cars, and there are few space allow to park as well, we will have a young handsome housekeeper staying inside the house to keep the house clean. Always get cheaper rate when stay longer!
