Middle high floor soho suite with airport landing & takeoff stunning view, SetiaTri-Suite features accommodations located at stone thrown distance to Penang International Airport & Bayan Lepas FTZ . The property is around 8 KM from Queensbay Mall and 5 KM from Penang Pantai Hospital. This Tri-Suites apartment located in the heart of Setia Triangle commercial and residence building .In executive suite, we are ready provided a free TIME high speed wifi and 1 free private indoor parking lot. HOUSE RULES 1) Strictly NO SMOKING includes e-vaping inside the unit. 2) NO Durian, Mangosteen & Dragon Fruits which the odor smell can contaminate the air con system & linen fabric. 3) NO party, event function, loud noise & music during the stay. 4) NO Pets are allowed. 5) NO outside shoe and beach sands in the property 6) Strictly NO heavy/oily cooking allowed, ONLY LIGHT COOKING ALLOWED. 7) Ironing job only done on the board provided. If found any ironing mark on other area, penalty will be imposed. 8) DO not shifted any heavy furniture without the host consent. This will cause damages to the furniture, floor and wall scratches. 9) Kindly book the EXACT NUMBER of guests staying include adults, children and infants. The beds will be arranged accordingly to the number of guest booked. Any extra guests/ extra beds request will be charge RM30 (Pre-inform before 3.00pm).
