Property information

Hi, I’m Elaine, a designer who loves sharing experiences and meeting new people. Name of the house: The Petrichor I rent out a double bedroom with a private attached bathroom. The room has a queen-size bed and can accommodate up to 2 guests. You will be sharing the house with me and my husband, we stay in the 1st-floor bedroom, while your double bedroom and other rented rooms are on the ground floor. The house is cozy, and you are welcome to use all common areas. We just ask that you treat shared spaces and others’ belongings with respect.
