Newly furnished 3 storey home with 7 bedrooms. Situated near to the Penang bridge and USM, this place offers peace and convenience,and able to accommodate up to 19pax. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood, it comes with self/assisted check in facility, big garden, balcony, outdoor seating area, bbq facility, high speed WiFi, flat screen TV, outdoor security cameras, fully equipped kitchen, cooking and dining utensils, washing machine, kids pool, and an indoor gym. The bedrooms and common spaces have been tastefully furnished and decorated. Free parking is available on the premise, and fits up to 4 cars. A dedicated house staff is available if needed, to ensure your stay is a pleasant one. A security deposit of RM350 is required prior to check in, fully refundable within 48hrs of check out.
