This is a spacious bungalow and it has a very big car park which can accommodate 3 cars...It is suitable for big family gatherings snd events...It is also strategically situated near places of interest in Melaka, a big university ie MMU , restaurants and shopping complex.

I was born and bred in Melaka,so i know every nook and cranny in Melaka.I am a retired teacher and i am very happy to welcome guests to my homestay Villa CtZee. It is in a quiet neighbourhood,It is also close to a market and numerous grocery stores,laundromats and restaurants. You can order a taxi through e- hailing. It is only about 5 minutes drive to Melaka International Trade Centre and about 7 km to the city centre.
