The location is strategic in Nilai-Sepang border near KLIA & Sepang SIC - 2 min drive to a variety of local eateries, shop lots, Mydin & Seriemas Sportsplex - 5 mins to Bdr Enstek - 10mins to Salam Tinggi & Sepang SIC - 15mins to KLIA/KLIA2 airport, Nilai Town, Sendayan

Quiet & peaceful neighborhood, suitable for family gathering, temporary stay before/after flight or work-related purpose. Only 50m from playground. Kampung feeling (village-like feeling). Spacious road in front of the house with a gated porch that can fit at least 2 cars.
