A simple and cozy 3 bedroom condo with stunning view, relaxing comfy beds and awesome facilities ( gym, sauna, swimming pool, karaoke room, BBQ area, breath taking roof top chill spot , and many more) for you to escape the busy bustling city life. Surrounding area is filled with trees and close to nature, best place for business and leisure. Short driving distance to One Utama/Ikea/The Curve (15 mins), KLCC/City Center (30 mins) and Subang Airport (20 mins). Easy access to LDP, Duke and NKVE. A top floor unit with a cosy simple design and with a very nice view for business or leisure. It comes with: - 2 Car park - Water heaters in every bathroom - King & Queen size bedding - Patchwork blankets - 3 Airconds in bedrooms and living room - LCD TV - Astro Njoi Channels - Free high speed WIFI - Dining table with chairs for 4 - Dining Utensils - Fridge - Electric Kettle - Microwave - Quality Bathing Towels - Cloth hangers - Iron and ironing board - Hair Dryer - Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Shower Cream It does not come with a washer and dryer but there is a laundromat nearby a where you can do it for a fee.
I love travelling and when I do, I love and appreciate a warm, friendly and generous welcome from the host. I want my guests to have similar wonderful experience the same way I love to receive.
Nice, peaceful neighbourhood with plenty of places for eating and shopping. There's also a futsal court just opposite the road for soccer enthusiast. A well known Decathlon sport store is just 5 mins away for those who wish to buy sports items at discounted price. Golf Course is 10 minutes away. Other basic amenities such as hospital, ATMs, and petrol stations are also close by. Close to public transportation. MRT/KTM station is just 5 mins away. Easy access to major highways - LDP, NKVE and DUKE which will take you to city centres and other commercial areas KLCC, Ikea, One Utama, The Curve in 10 to 30 mins.
