The private room is outside the main property building. Proof of ID will be required at check in aswell as completing the guests register. There is CCTV surveillance all around the property for the security of the property, guests and Staff accept inside the rooms. Reservations are only secured once a 50% deposit is paid or full payment for the reservation. Full payment is due at check in.
Fairly safe and secure however, don't keep your guards down. It's located close to the police station, municipality, dunes mall, city center and Jan Wilken sports stadium.
