I've been an Airbnb (super)-host for over 9 years but am fairly new on this platform here. I am hosting this apartment for my doctor friend Femi, who is based in Cape Town.

Property information

Modern, secure and centrally situated double-story apartment in Windhoek's CBD. This newly renovated two-bedroom flat is on the ground floor of a very popular apartment building that has a small communal swimming pool and barbeque area, both of which you can book for exclusive use (at no extra cost). Fast WiFi, big flatscreen, dedicated workspace, Aircon, dishwasher, washing machine. Safe, shaded parking right in front of your doorstep. The perfect place for 2 couples or a small family of 4.

Neighbourhood information

This is a double story apartment with a big open plan living area and patio on the ground floor, and two bedrooms and a bathroom with separate toilet on the 2nd floor. The building hosts a bakery/coffee shop and a Nail-Salon near the main entrance and is only a few hundred meters up the road from Wernhil Shopping Mall. You can easily and safely explore Windhoek by foot from here. There are two individual barbeque areas in the building, one is next to the mini swimming pool. These areas can be booked exclusively at no extra cost when you are staying in this apartment.
