Your hosts, Pip and Les Quintal, live on-site at their 18-acre property and are committed to ensuring your stay is exceptional. Les, an 8th-generation descendant of Matthew Quintal from The Bounty, and Pip, a lifelong island resident, will greet you at the airport, help with your hire car (included in the nightly rate), and escort you to Sunset Villa. Designed and built by Les and Pip in 2019, the Mediterranean-inspired villa offers a luxurious retreat. Upon arrival, you'll enjoy a cheese platter, beer, and wine, as well as breakfast essentials and complimentary bath products. You'll have complete privacy in your own space, with Les and Pip available to provide a personal introduction to the villa’s amenities and offer expert advice on local tours, dining, and must-see spots. They are always on hand for any assistance or advice you may need.

Our Villa is located opposite Puppy's Point clifftop which is due west and enjoys stunning sunsets all year around. National Parks and Anson Bay are right on the doorstep and it is only a 10 minute drive to town and our beautiful lagoon and beach - Emily Bay. A hire car is included in nightly rate and can be picked up at the airport on arrival. We have guest parking
