The property is 1 minute drive from the main express road. It has a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants opposite it. It has a swimming pool and gym. 15 minutes away from beaches. Very easy transportation links. Relatively quiet estate. It's a gated estate with 24/7 security and electricity supply. It also has an estate management team. There are also work stations in the rooms for professional.
I am a vibrant man who cares alot about great service delivery and customer satisfaction. I enjoy meeting people and traveling.
The neighborhood is safe and secured with a good number of mobile police presence.
