Property information

This cosy studio apartment is located a central location in lekki phase 1. It’s a walking distance from the expressway, hospital, banks on Admiralty road, restaurants and supermarkets. 24 hours power. Fast Wi-Fi available to guests, NETFLIX, YOUTUBE and other smart tv apps. Cleaning of the apartment will be done every 72 hours. Running hot water available . The apartment is located in a building with other residents. Please bear in mind the following: - We only provide you the apartment, our staff on ground have designated roles and will not leave their duties to run errands for guests. - Free safe parking in the exterior parking space and interior parking space. -We alternate between the power grid and generator. Everytime the power goes on the National grid, the generator will be switched on and when it’s back, we switch again. When on generator, you’ll be able to use only the Air Conditioner, Fridge, Sockets, Lights, Television, decoder and internet. That’s how we provide 24 hours electricity, with the National grid supported by a generator. -Guests will need their accounts details to stream Netflix as we don’t provide login details. There is access to unlimited fiber internet.
