Bright, beautiful and inviting 4 bedrooms curated to insight togetherness with family and friends. This house is spacious, comfortable and convenient choice for a memorable stay in Umuahia, Abia State and provides the perfect space and amenities for any stay from a business traveller with a long term visit. Our Aparthotel is quiet, well furnished, well-lit, secured, has a 24-hour electric supply (solar electricity) and in a nice neighborhood close to a major road ( Ikot Ekpene Road).

THE PALETINOS Estate is close to the Crown Coat Paint Industry, behind the upstairs line of the new industrial timber market Umuahai, by Ikot Ekpene Road.
