Casa Soma is a newly built private villa with a two-story house and two guest houses. Perfect for families, couples and groups of various sizes. The villa is ideally located just a short walk from the beach and the bustling town of San Juan del Sur. Go for a dip in the pool, and enjoy panoramic views of the San Juan Bay and the town from the veranda with spectacular sunsets. The villa is set on the hillside, but close enough to town that you won't need a car. All rooms and guest houses have their own private entrances. Feel secure in knowing that you're in a safe neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the town center. Enjoy a well equipped kitchen, 2 kitchenettes, 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms with hot water, beds for up to 16 guests and air conditioning. We know that you'll feel to feel right at home at Casa Soma.

One of my favorite places is Nicaragua, specifically San Juan del Sur. After traveling to the beautiful corner of Central America I decided to build my dream home there. I still live in Canada most of the year, but i like to visit as often as I can.

San Juan del Sur is an ideal town for families, beach lovers, surfers and for those who like a laid back tropical vibe. With over 50 restaurants, pubs, bars and other eateries in town you'll never run out new dishes to try. Colinas de Miramar is on the north end of the San Juan bay, and is a more prestigious area beautaiful properties. The area is safe and uncrowded all year. It's close enough to town and the beach that you can easily walk. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, and the area is guarded by personnel 24 hours a day. Most properties have sea views, and views of the iconic Christ the Redeemer statue that overlooks the town. This area is one of the most preferred residential and secure areas in the area.
