Cozy room on the 2nd floor of a two-story house in the heart of Rotterdam, near Zuid Park, Ahoy & a charming lake around the corner. Restaurants & Zuidplein mall are 5 minutes away, with a bus stop 1 minute from the house and the train station 5 minutes away. The center is 10 minutes by tram or car. The room includes a boiler + fridge + inside lock + block-out curtains. Kitchen is available for fast snacks only. Discounted visitor parking. The room is for one guest.
