This well-maintained holiday home for 3 people and with 1 bedroom is located in Medemblik, North-Holland. It is very suitable for a couple or a small family! The house has its own terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the sun and your breakfast. Medemblik is a municipality on the IJsselmeer, which means that you can enjoy wonderful water sports already within 1 km. The supermarket is 550 m away and the restaurants 800 m. You can also spend a day at Regatta Beach (2 km), where you can go sunbathing, walking, cycling and enjoy the surroundings. For golf enthusiasts, there is a golf course 4 km from the house. This holiday home is spread over 2 floors. Downstairs, you will find the living room with a TV, Netflix and fun board games. You will also find a kitchenette and a luxurious bathroom here. PLEASE NOTE: Only the available microwave/grill may be used to prepare hot meals. Cooking on your own equipment brought from home is not allowed. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed. Outside, you will find a garden with a terrace and garden furniture; a wonderful place to relax.
