Our B&B is located in the old town of Alkmaar, which is characterized by its unique and special shops. You will sleep in an authentic building above our GROENLOKAAL, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast on request. The B&B has its own entrance with stairs that takes you to the living room.
We are Chris and Annemarie and together with our two daughters we run GROENLOKAAL. We love green and sustainability and let this be reflected in the interior and the store. Having a Lunchroom and B&B has always been a dream of ours and we work on it with great passion.
This neighborhood is booming with its unique shops, old buildings and beautiful location along the canals. We recommend visiting the creative and quirky entrepreneurs in the beautiful streets of Alkmaar! During the weekend you may experience noise pollution from the outgoing public/cafe which is located next to us.
