This tastefully decorated accommodation was completely newly built in 2023 and has all the amenities you need to relax for a while. The venue has a private entrance, is free on the property and has a cosy and private terrace outside. The room is efficiently furnished. For instance, the generous double bed can be folded up against the wall during the day and there is plenty of seating. After a pleasant day, you can fold down the made-up bed in no time. Furthermore, the location has a new bathroom, a kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and the necessary crockery. Coffee and tea are provided free of charge. Soft drinks, wine, beer, nuts and salts are also available in the room; a small fee is charged for this. Due to very good insulation, the room is very pleasant all year round; cool in summer and comfortably warm in winter.
We are an adventurous family. In our spare time, we like to go into nature; walking or on (racing) bikes. The area where we live lends itself well to this. What we like is to let others enjoy this beautiful part of Overijssel with us.
In a green oasis behind the IJseldijk between Zwolle South and Windesheim, you will find this cosy, detached cottage. The location is adjacent to several (long-distance) cycling and walking routes. In the immediate surroundings, you can enjoy the varied Overijssel countryside. You can cycle to the centre of Zwolle in 25 minutes. Here you can enjoy the beautiful old town centre, culture, cosy restaurants, terraces and an extensive shopping street. Of course, we can provide the necessary tips if you let us know what you fancy.
