The water near the house is connected to the Loosdrecht lakes, which are known as an Eldorado for water sports enthusiasts. There are several charming and authentic villages in the area that you should visit during your holiday. Utrecht and Amsterdam are of course also worth a visit. A boat up to 7 metres in length can be launched for a fee and by prior arrangement.
