Property information

With four bedrooms, including one on the ground floor with access to the backyard and three on the first floor, this two-story home has plenty of space for the whole family. Location is everything, and this home couldn't be more ideally situated. Just step out onto the street, and you'll find yourself in the centre of town with all of the amenities you could want. Or take a stroll to the nearby dunes and beach, where you'll find five permanent pavilions for year-round fun.

Neighbourhood information

Your holiday home is situated in one of Zandvoort's most popular neighbourhoods. The town centre and beach are within cycling distance, but you are just far enough to escape the noises and traffic. Zandvoort has something to offer for almost everyone. From lots of beach clubs and restaurants in summer, you can have great food and drinks to more quietness to enjoy nature in the winter. Generally, all you need is close by and mostly within walking distance. So what are you looking for in your trip? Two National Parks embed the village; De Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen. So besides strolling the beach, those are two great areas to walk or cycle. There's so much more you can do! For instance, mountain-biking around the race-track, learning how to wave- or kitesurf, and you can even get your PADI. Did you know that Zandvoort also has a nude beach as well? We also have a great race track called "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (1.2 km), Owned by a member of the Dutch Royal family. They organize many activities and festivities there, like DTM and Historic Grand Prix. So maybe you want to get your race license?
