Property information

This detached villa is located in the Drents-Friese Forest nature reserve on a large forest plot of over 2000 m². Ideal for relaxing holidays with family and/or friends. The immediate surroundings are ideal for making beautiful walks and cycling trips. The Drents-Friese Forest nature reserve is home to the largest shifting sands area in the Netherlands with beautiful cycle paths. The Vlinderparadijs (butterfly paradise) and a golf course can be found in the village of Havelte, situated further away. Also nearby is the village of Diever, known for its 'Shakespeare' performances. A visit to Emmen Zoo or the dolmen in Diever is also worthwhile. This special holiday villa is comfortably and colourfully furnished. You will enjoy all the space and luxury in the atmospheric living room with a complete open kitchen. The villa has a modern, spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and double washbasins. Around the house is a spacious garden with cosy seats and a beautiful swimming pool that is heated from April to until 1st October (closed from Nov-Feb). On the cosy, Ibiza-style covered terrace you can relax by the outdoor fireplace. The barbecue facility is available but is also paid. The pool is a pleasant addition to the house that you can enjoy for cooling off. But it is not a swimming paradise where you can frolic and romp around, Note: Pool is heated until 1st October.
