B&B studio “In de Aap Gelogeerd” (Staying “in a quagmire”) is a lovely detached house in the villa district of Berg & Bos Apeldoorn. Enjoy a leisurely weekend or midweek away in a foresty environment. Our B&B is located at the edge of the Crown Domains, but you are also close to the town center, the Palace het Loo, and of course the Apenheul.
Hello and welcome! Ard and his children Lucas and Anouk moved to Apeldoorn in 2017 from the Randstad as they have always been admirers of the region. Together, they decided to open the B&B in 2024 in the outhouse that Ard in recent years has managed to turn into a sweet little hamlet with comfortable underfloor heating.
Our B&B is located at a stone's throw from the center of Apeldoorn with its restaurants and shops. The region offers a great variety of art and culture. The Kröller Müller museum in Hoge Veluwe park for example has an extensive art collection - all the best Van Goghs are part of the exhibition here. Cycle through gorgeous natural scenery, on the white bikes in the park, or through the crown domains on your own mode of transport. The Palace het Loo, as well as the Apenheul, the world fanous monkey zoo, and the Bosbad, an outdoor swiming pool, are within walking distance of the house, and definitely worth a visit.
