In einem charmanten Haus der Jahrhundertwende, direkt an der Grenze zu Aachen, vermieten wir 4 individuell eingerichtete Appartments. Das Haus liegt ruhig in der Kerkstraat 7, 10 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Aachen, mit dem Bus der Linien 33 und 25 (die Halte-
stelle liegt in der Nähe) erreichen Sie Aachen HBHF in 11 Minuten, den Campus Melaten in 21 Minuten oder die Universitäts-
klinik in 11 Minuten.
 Maastricht kann einfach mit dem Bus in 50 Minuten erreicht werden oder mit dem Auto über den naheliegenden Zubringer in 
max. 30 Minuten. 
Alle Einkausmöglichkeiten liegen vor der Haustür, die Unterhaltung in Deutsch und Englisch ist für die Vaalser Alltag. 
Dazu die schöne Umgebung Limbourgs, die Nähe zu Maastricht und vor allem Aachen machen Vaals zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt. 
In 2016, umsichtig für den späteren Eigennutz renoviert, heißen wir Gäste willkommen, die in Aachen und Umgebung zeitweise arbeiten, ein Projekt betreuen oder in einer Übergangszeit ein gepflegtes Zuhause suchen.
