The fine print
To validate the provided credit card details a deposit of EUR 0.01 (1 euro cent) will be charged to your credit card upon reservation. This amount will be deducted from your total expenses upon checkout.
Please note that a safety deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out after inspection of the room.
Please note that the restaurants are often fully booked. Guests are advised to make a reservation well in advance.
A cash deposit or credit card is required upon check-in. If using a debit or credit card, a hold may be placed on your account for the full anticipated charges, including estimated incidentals. The hotel accepts incidental deposits of €200 per night in cash or by debit card, or €100 per night by credit card pre-authorization. Upon departure, please note that holds may not be released for up to 5 business days or longer, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
Please note that an extra bed can be placed in the Suites only against a surcharge of EUR 70.
