the Raadhuis is a luxurious apartmentbuilding on Parc Ganuenta. The apartments on the top floor have a splendid view over the Oosterschelde.

Colijnsplaat offers several restaurants, shops and a supermarket. Closeby are Goes and Zierikzee and off course the beach of Renesse.
