In the beautiful Montferland, you will find this charming holiday home in the town of Kilder. Located in a quiet suburb, this is the ideal home for 6 people. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and perfect for a group of friends or family planning a vacation. You are can also work from home here! Relax in the garden with a shade to safeguard you from the scorching sun. Eastern Gelderland and in particular the municipality of Montferland is known for the hilly landscape. The Hettenheuvel, which has its peak at a height of 93 meters, is within walking/cycling distance. Kilder is located five kilometres southwest of Doetinchem and ten kilometres north of ""s-Heerenberg, near the Bergherbos nature and forest area and the German border. On the ground floor, there is a spacious sitting room with a dining table and separate kitchen with everything you need for a nice meal. Besides the fact that you can sit here in isolation, there is a separate recreation room, where an extra bed can be placed. A security deposit of EUR 130,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
