Luxurious and stylishly furnished XL holiday home in the Sandepark, only 800 meters from the beach entrance of Groote Keeten. You can quickly reach the sea and the beach of Groote Keeten via a beautiful walking route through the dunes. Sandepark 171 has a child-friendly, enclosed garden. Thanks to the many terraces, there is always a spot where you can enjoy the sun and the peace and quiet. Sandepark 171 is a beautiful holiday home, suitable for up to 10 people and located on a plot of 600m2. On the ground floor there is a nice bright living/dining room with large dining table for 10 people. Ideal for delicious dining together or fun games evenings! There are 5 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor. Air conditioning available in the bedrooms on the first floor. And how nice is it that there are 3 bathrooms, one of which is also on the ground floor. An ideal holiday home for the whole family. Free WiFi is available. You can park at the holiday home. The utility room has a washing machine and dryer. PLEASE NOTE: Groups under the age of 25 are NOT allowed in Sandepark 171 and you will pay a deposit instead of damage insurance.
