Please note that there are paid parking possibilities in the direct surroundings of the property. Guests can request a parking permit for the time limit of their stay. The extra costs for this are EUR 6 per day. It's also possible to park your car free of charge in a residential area behind the eastern part of the Boulevard. When guests arrive at the property, they receive an overview map of parking possibilities.

Please note that the studio can accommodate up to 4 persons (2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults). When guests want to stay at the accommodation with 4 adults, an extra bed can be placed in the room upon request.

A damage deposit of € 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
