The house is not barrier-free and therefore not suitable for people with physical disabilities. Charging electric vehicles is not permitted. Rental to employees of commercial companies, e.g. fitters and workers, is not allowed. Groups in which all persons are under 21 years old, hen parties, bachelorette parties, youth groups, or other celebrations are not allowed.

Children are welcome! We rent our private holiday home, which was completed in 2018 as a solid block house and furnished by us in a family-friendly manner. We are a large family with several children and want several generations to feel comfortable in the house and garden and that all the necessary items are available. There are two bedrooms for 4 adults. In the smaller "slaapkamer" there is a bag with a travel cot from Hauck, suitable for babies and little children up to 3 years. When opened, it fits perfectly at the foot of the parents' bed. The matching bedding can be found on the shelf. If necessary, please bring your own children's bed linen in the size 100x135 for the duvet and 40x60 for the pillow, as these are not rented on site. An open staircase leads to the large sleeping and play loft with sleeping space for 2 more people (140x200 cm), which is more intended for children and young people. A high chair for older children and a baby high chair are also available. The garden with a large terrace offers comfortable lounge furniture and a double swing for the children. The entire outdoor area is fenced and therefore ideally suited for families with small children.

The house is located in the well-kept Chaletparc Krabbenkreek close to the sea. It is well suited for families with children and furnished accordingly. Whether you are planning a beach vacation or want to enjoy the nature, the area offers you many options. Go hiking and cycling in the green polders and visit the authentic towns Zierikzee and Tholen. In the nearby marina starts regular boat tours to visit the seals in the Oosterschelde National Park.
