Villa Pura Vida is a thatched 10 pers. villa, built by ourselves in 2004. It is a really lovely house and we have lived in it for 16 years with great pleasure. Why then get out and rent out? In 1 word: the pandemic. For more than 30 years we have a beautiful catering company and wedding location that is normally the place where many weddings, parties and other events take place. We have already delivered thousands of brides and gums the day of their lives! Unfortunately, none of that is currently possible, and all parties, weddings, etc. have been canceled or rescheduled due to the pandemic. We have therefore decided to be hospitable in a different way, to give people a pleasant time and at the same time generate an income. Thanks to good friends we have been able to add some nice extras (hot tub and sauna, which guests can book as extra options) and this is how villa pura vida was created ...

Property information

Villa pura vida is located in a unique part of the Netherlands: in the middle of the Randstad and in a beautiful Dutch polder landscape. By the water with large garden and wide view. Connected via the Zevenhuizervaart to the Kagerplassen. Spacious villa, luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. Large Ofyr BBQ, outdoor kitchen and wood-fired hot tub in the garden, sauna with relaxation area in the houseboat. Beautiful 12-person sloop in the boathouse and 2 canoes ready for departure. To enjoy ! The house surface is approx. 220 m² (excl. The garage and loft, which are used by ourselves) and therefore spacious enough to keep a distance from each other if necessary. In addition, there is constant ventilation with outside air in all rooms. The outside area which you have at your disposal at the villa is approx. 400 m².
