Holiday apartment with sauna on the basement floor of the landlord's detached house. Large lawn in front of the holiday apartment. Covered terrace with great fjord views. Double sofa bed in the living room, separate kitchen, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with sauna. Internet TV with Chromecast, works like a regular TV. Internet: 10-20 Mbits speed. Badminton and Boccia. Swimming possibilities on a shallow sandy beach by Vikavannet 2.6 km from the holiday home, or from svaberg only 70 m away. The area has several hiking trails and is surrounded by mountains with stunning views. Waterborne underfloor heating in all rooms. Lakseelv on Åheim, 6 km away. • 13 foot boat is included on Vikavannet, 2.6 km away, trout up to 700 gr. 28 km to Hakallegarden, an open farm with animals such as alpacas, peacocks, mini pigs, and donkeys. Great location for day trips by car to the West Cape, the bird mountain on Runde, Jugendbyen Ålesund with the aquarium, beautiful Geiranger, Loen with Raksætra and Skylift. The pitcher outside Måløy. Nice large beaches such as Erviksanden and Refviksanden. Surfing paradise in Hoddevika. Selje monastery and the Sunniva legend on Seljeøya, boat from Selje. Olivinsenteret and St. Jetmund church on Åheim.

A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
