The cottage is a great base for a range of outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, fishing and berry picking. In the summer months, also enjoy refreshing baths in the surrounding lakes, which promise bathing pleasure and relaxation. In winter you can ski directly from the cottage to the slopes. It is also possible to drive to Valdres Alpinsenter, one of the largest alpine centers in Valdres. It is beautifully located on the sunny side of Aurdal and has several ski lifts and a large number of slopes with different levels of difficulty. The ski area ranges from 700 to 1060 meters, and the terrain is varied with many elements for snowboarders, freestylers as well as family-friendly slopes. There is a separate children's ski area with children's lifts. If you prefer cross-country skiing, there are numerous and varied opportunities in the area. If you want to experience Norwegian nature and the mountains at their best, this is the place to be! Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
