The fine print
The apartments are located in different locations in Trenerys Gate 4/7, Dyre Halsesgate 5-16, and Verftsgata 1c.
The check-in process is contactless, from 15:00. Guests are required to collect their key via Sharebox located at Verftsgata 1C, 7042 Trondheim.
Check out until 11:00, and keys are left on the kitchen counter.
Weekly cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are included for stays longer than 10 nights. Departure cleaning is included for all stays. Extra cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.
From Thursday to Sunday, guests aged 25 can only check in if traveling as part of a family.
If you book several apartments, please note that Bjørvika Apartments cannot guarantee that all apartments are located at the same address, building, or floor.
Parking is available for an additional fee. The maximum height to enter the car park is 6.7 feet.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of NOK 5,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
