2 separate private brand new 2 rooms apartments. 1 bedroom, 1 sitting room and kitchen, 1 bathroom. Private entrance. If this apartment, Lisas Apartment, is occupied, please try Temis Apartment, also located in Høyenhallveien 16A, 0678 OSLO. The apartments are quiet and a family friendly environment, close to many sporting amenities and public transport system to take you around the city. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, fridge, oven and hub (electric cooker). Heatpump for warm and cold environment. The apartment is for 2 adults, and max 4 adults. Every adult after the first 2 cost 300 kr pr night pr person. 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 people. In total 4 sleeping places. Babycot available if needed for extra cost. 200 kr pr night. TV and internet included. Washing machine, drying rack, pressing iron, hair dryer included. Dryer, pressing board and microwave available on request. Safe and free street parking on the street right outside the compound included. Unlimited, free use of trampoline right outside the house included. At your own risk. 24 hours public transport to the city center. 8 minutes walk to Høyenhall T bane station and Høyenhall buss stop. 10 minutes to the T-Bane form Høyenhall T bane station to the city center (Jernbanetorget/oslo s). 9 minutes to the city center by car. 13 minutes walk to both Bryn senter and Manglerud senter (nearest shopping malls). 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive to Manglerud bad (a public swimming pool), Manglerud football field, Manglerud skating rink and skate park. 9 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive to Høyenhall school, where there are football field, basket ball field and climbing racks. 8 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive to Høyenhallparken, where you can play football in the summer and go ice skating in the winter. A family is living in the other part of the building. They use a different entrance.
