The large outdoor area has a large terrace that leads straight down to the beach, perfect for long evenings under the sunset. The cabin is located right next to Fuglevik Marina, which also has guest berths for boats. The cabin is about 50 minutes' drive from Oslo, with the nearest train station in Moss or Rygge. You can use a sit-on-top kayak for 2 adults + 1 child and explore the area (the hosts provide life jackets). During the summer season, there is a kiosk with ice cream and simple dishes at the marina. The cabin in Fuglevik is special because it has a fantastic location by the water, with a sandy beach. Here you can enjoy long evenings watching the sunset (the cabin faces west) on the terrace or inside on the sofa. Sometimes the sea is calm, sometimes it sparkles, and sometimes the waves crash almost right up to the terrace. The cabin can be used all year round, and each season has its own charm. In winter, you can light the fireplace, and there is underfloor heating throughout. In summer, it is so warm that you have to open all the windows to get a breeze :)
