Property information

Demims Apartment Triaden is a non-smoking apartment in brand new condominium. The apartment has its own balcony with great access to evening sun. There is also a roof-top terrace with play area with guests can relax and enjoy amazing sunlight and views. The building has elevator for easy access. This unique and stylish apartment is located right beside the popular Triaden shopping mall at Lørenskog Centre. The apartment is 15 mins away from Oslo and it is close to Ahus and SNØ. There is a public transport stop infront of the apartment.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is calm and vibrant with lot of restaurants, cinema and grocery shops within walking distance. Lørenskog is the fastest growing city outside of Oslo. The popular Triaden Shopping Mall and Metro Shopping Mall are located in Lørenskog. The malls are few minutes walk from our apartment. Lørenskog also have a nice indoor skiing place SNØ as well the great Losby golf club.
