This house is located only 5 minutes walk from Kongeparken. 10 min drive to Sandnes and 25 min to Stavanger. Perfect for 1 or 2 families with lot of space. Beautiful view.
Kongeparken theme park is located only 200 meters from the house. Ålgård city center with 2 shopping malls is only a short walking distance away. Lots of hiking trails close by and Preikestolen and Kjerag is 1 hour drive.
